Had my first-ever pole dance trial lesson at Tao Dance Art and it was such a pleasure! The studio is spacious, clean, and has high ceilings, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Van, one of the owners, was incredibly sweet and welcoming, making sure I felt comfortable and integrated into the class right away. I had such a positive experience and will definitely be back for more classes!

I’m really happy with my experience at this studio! So far, I’ve joined pole, handstand, and hip & back flexibility classes. The space is beautiful, and the instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. They tailor their teaching to different fitness levels—supporting beginners like me while challenging advanced students. I’m excited to try more classes!

Spontaneously booked an Aerial Silk class during my HK vacation—loved it! The studio is clean, spacious, and equipped with high-quality rigging gear (like Petzl). The high ceilings are a big plus, allowing for tricks that need extra height. I joined a Silk Drop class and the teacher gave clear explanations, and offered great spotting and tips to improve your training. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, you're warmly welcomed and instantly feel at ease. Just a 6-minute walk from Yau Tong MTR, with mini buses from Central and Mongkok available too.
Definitely coming back!
